Price increase from May 1st, 2022

Due to the war and crisis in Ukraine, we have seen large and sustained increases in oil and gas prices. The increase in energy costs has affected our supply chain and we have seen big price increases for PET resins. In addition, we have significantly higher energy costs in our production process to manufacture PET films and an increase in transport and distribution costs.

We can no longer absorb these costs and therefore we have decided to increase prices for all HOSTAPHAN^® PET film grades by 25 cents/kg effective for all deliveries from 1 May 2022. We understand that the recent large cost increases are a challenge, not just for us but also for our customers. We are working hard to reduce costs throughout our supply chain and to make our production and processes as energy efficient and cost effective as possible.
